The Bacon of the Month box contains approximately 3 pounds of ultra premium, artisan, slow-cured, handcrafted, hardwood smoked thick cut bacon, as ~1 pound packs of three different varieties. Each box includes one pack of our signature black pepper bacon, and the other two packs rotate on a regular basis.

The October-December batches of bacon include these three varieties:

  1. Apple Smoked Black Pepper Bacon
  2. Hickory Smoked Vanilla Espresso Bacon
  3. Cherry Smoked Honey Sriracha Bacon

Our bacon is sent to you fresh, uncooked, and never frozen via two-three day shipping!

Our bacon can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days, but should be refrigerated after opening.

All of our bacon is made from heritage breed pigs, either Berkshire or Duroc.

  • Duroc is noted for producing a leaner, meatier cut of pork.
  • Berkshire is noted for producing a slightly fattier, marbled cut of pork that has a creamy texture and flavor profile that sets it apart from store bought pork.

You get to select what breed of pork your bacon is made with!
