Our Super Samplers let you get one of each kind of meat in any of the three varieties we offer, as your choice of individually sliced pounds or unsliced 1/4 and 1/2 slabs.

Our Super Sampler - By the Slab contains 7 slabs of ultra premium, artisan, slow-cured, handcrafted, hardwood smoked bacon, as an unsliced 1/4 slab or 1/2 slab of your choice of the three different varieties currently offered. You get either 1/4 slab of 1/2 slab of unsliced bacon of each of the meats we offer: 1/4 slab each of Heritage Breed Pork, Pasture Raised Pork, Wild Boar, and 1/2 slab each of Angus Beef Brisket, Angus Beef Navel, Bison Brisket, and Wagyu Navel.

Our Super Sampler - By the Pound contains approximately 7 pounds of ultra premium, artisan, slow-cured, handcrafted, hardwood smoked thick cut bacon, as ~1 pound packs of your choice of the three different varieties currently offered. You get ~1 pound of sliced bacon of each of the meats we offer: Heritage Breed Pork, Pasture Raised Pork, Wild Boar, Angus Beef Brisket, Angus Beef Navel, Bison Brisket, and Wagyu Navel.
